Competitions are exciting and fun events. Whether you are competing, strapping, supporting someone you know, spectating or helping, they are great social days.

Southern Districts Dressage Club offers many competitions throughout the year, most at heavily discounted prices for members. For riders, competitions are a great way to prove your training is correct.

Our big competition, Southern Solstice, is held to coincide with the winter solstice and attracts riders from all around the State. Southern Solstice is now a regular fixture in dressage circles, due in no small part to the continued support of our sponsors, major and minor.

This year is an exciting year for those who already compete and for those who are contemplating "having a go".
